Planting Seeds

 Suspensions do not improve behavior for disciplined students or their peers, but it's a necessary step in learning that behavior has consequences.  Our lessons, used during periods of suspension, plant seeds of conflict resolution and better decision making.  

Helping students to manage their emotions allows them to effectively learn better in the classroom.  Our lessons plant seeds that help identify problem issues and solutions, allowing them to be more successful in the classroom.

 Confident students are more likely to speak up in class and advocate for themselves for help when needed. They are more willing to engage with others in the classroom and perform better academically. When students develop confidence they become better leaders.  Our lessons solidify a foundation of identity and purpose.
